Rare Sepik Piece For Sale










Household hook shot at various angles.
This household hook was collected in the early 1970s from a village behind Timboli on the Sepik Plains.
It is made from kwila, the ironwood tree, a reddish-brown grained wood. The figure’s head is graced with human hair.
The piece is of museum quality and the sale price is $10,000.00
